To Άγ.Όρος είναι το περιβόλι της Παναγίας και σε κάθε μονή υπάρχουν αναρίθμητες εικόνες της..Καμία άλλη αγία δεν τιμάται στο Όρος εκτός της Παναγίας..!!

Mount Athos is the orchard of Panaghia-Madonna and there are countless icons of Panaghia-Madonna in the monasteries there...No other woman saint is so much honoured in Mount Athos except Madonna.!!
