Fire Escapes . 319 West 21st Street, #3B . New York City, NY 10011 is where Frank Gramarossa and I shared a studio from September 1980 thru June 1981. At which time, when Frank's partner, Steve H relocated from Chicago to work for Leona Helmsley at the Plaza. The three of us would then lease the entire second floor at 22 East 22nd Street in Gramercy Park.

The facade at 319 West 21st Street is the same as it was then.
