It's the main staircase of Casa Batllo in Barcelona; the "pearl" is a light fixture on the wall. :)

a staircase, now that I know what it is.... woa, I still can't figure it out! not even the pearl being a light.. this is even more awesome now that I know what it is and still don't get the stair bit!
