Biggs Jct Spanish Hollow bridge (#0332)
The Spanish Hollow Bridge on the old US-30 in Biggs, OR. The bridge, built in 1935, is considered to be an excellent example of the architectural and aesthetic sensitivity that once went into bridge construction (note the detail in the columns on each end). Though the bridge was built in the middle of the Great Depression, I could find no evidence that New Deal funds were used in its construction.
