I'm probably over-estimating just a little -- two columns, each covering about 300 feet, parked nose to end of carriage. If each carriage/horse combo is 20 feet, that works out to 30. They all have manure bags (or whatever the correct name is).

I didn't see a place renting them, but the similarity in appearance suggests that they were rented. What's curious to me is how teenagers can rent them.
