I found it in my bathroom, and I don't have any idea, what kind of spider this is. Anyone has a suggestion?The size is roughly 1cm (0.4 "), and it obviously is a male.

o0o oh my goodness .. are you sure its a male ...;-) they say the females are predators
or their mates ;-) watch out ;-) and oh dear it has hairy legs ... perhaps that is why it was
in your bathroom ... did it borrow your razor ;-) oOo

LOL - yes, I'll check my razor ;-) Yes, I'm sure, that it's a male. Look at the - aehmm - balls between the first pair of legs. They're called pedipalps.

To be correct, it's not the place where they keep "them", but it's the place where they keep an amount of seminal fluid, when they go to the female. The form of those pedipalps is characteristic for any spider species, so you may see it as a kind of key to the female's lock ;-)
Sounds funny, but it is like that.
"They", BTW, are situated in the opisthosoma (that's what the spider's abdomen is called).
