Yuva 

Yuva means youth in Hindi.

Those men are majhi (hindi word for boatman) on river Ganga in Varanasi (Benaras).
We usually use their boat whenever we need to go on the river.

Three people need to row the boat at the time of mansoon but it winter it's fun to do it by ourselves in bright sunny days.
