In response to a new Ohio University policy on protest demonstrations, and with a litany of other complaints, a group of people involved with the university or otherwise claiming grievances demonstrated on the front steps of the Athens County, Ohio, courthouse. Told to stop honking

The counterprotester finally got in his car and sat on the horn. Athens Police Chief Tom Pyle told him to stop. He did, and drove away.

An angry specimen

As the police chief was telling the across-street dissenter to stop honking his horn, this angry speaker was shouting about how we should get rid of all police. There was no need for police at Occupy Berkeley, in California, he said.
