Sometimes Detroit Edison and Department Of Public Utilities will share the same pole! The top tow cross-arms is DTE, while DLC is the one on the bottom. I find one quick way to differentiate the two companies is that DTE usually has the normal radio coated "sky-yuk" pin insulators while DLC has off-white ones that don't.
I notice the in-line disconnects is something new they're putting up and never seen before.

Many of these poles often have branch line dead ends above the main phases instead of below like most poles do.

Common corner pole with crossarms mounted at the sides. I seen one recent new pole with this spec with a crossarm already tilting from a snapped brace.

Typical 46kv corner and I thought it was interesting to see cutouts, arrester, and pin insulator all mounted one of the fiberglass bracket.
