When I pronounce the word Future,
the first syllable already belongs to the past.

When I pronounce the word Silence,
I destroy it.

When I pronounce the word Nothing,
I make something no non-being can hold.

I love this perspective Lian, reminds me another shot of you. Especially the synergy between the two black cars and the white one -and their positions is cool!

Lian has replied to Yvonné Lizzy Bruni
So happy you like it, Lizzy. I waited quite a while for the position of the white car (as it's taken with film and I didn't have many chances for my shutter).

Sorry that I have to write here in English as my level of French is not sufficient for the discussion (and to evaluate the Franch transaltion of the poem :-)). Interestingly, there are also some debates on the Chinese translation of this poem in China. A fascinating argument is that there's some Buddhism-pro objectiveness in this poem based on the anlysis of the original Polish version, so the translation should aviod any "initiative" in all the actions by the "I" behind the poem. I don't know if this view is valid, but it's really alluring for me :-)))

三个最奇怪的词
林洪亮 译

当我说出“未来”一词,
第一个音节便已成为过去。

当我说出“寂静”一词,
我就立刻打破了这种寂静。

当我说出“乌有”一词
我就在创造一种无中生有。

Thank you, Régine. Thanks to Leonora's suggestion I was aware that what you mentioned might be the auto-translation by Ipernity. That's always a problem. I'm sincerly sorry if I misunderstood your meaning.

Je ne suis pas douée pour les langues. Dommage que je sache pas l'anglais.

Falling Thru The Lens ... Goodbye...
Falling Thru The Len…
From this perspective, everything goes on as is should, in a deceptively orderly way, perhaps only the organic growth of the tree reflecting the hidden chaos ... beautifully composed and thought-provoking. And I like the poem too!

Hi Lian, very good photo indeed. My opinion is very close to HvidLiljer's one.
Static/cinetic, curved/straight line, vertical/horizontal, black/withe, all these opposite elements make the picture amazing! Bravo!
