Stagecoach East (Cambus) 14033 (LF69 UXN) on Park & Ride service in Cambridge - 26 May 2021 (P1080376)

Wednesday 26 May 2021 (1006) – As with many bus operators, throughout the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic there have been many operational changes resulting in vehicles appearing on work they may not have otherwise been seen or normally be assigned.

Each of the different Park and Ride sites has its own individually coloured buses operated by Stagecoach East (Cambus), that to Madingley Road being operated by purple vehicles. On this occasion 14033 (LF69 UXN), one of the two Alexander Dennis Enviro400EV bodied BYD electric buses new in February 2020, was working the service. Normally the pair work the ‘Citi 6’ from Cambridge city centre to Oakington.
