Acadian Lines 919 at Sydney (Nova Scotia) - 8 Sep 1992 (Ref 176-05)
Tuesday 8 September 1992 (approx. 1400) – The Acadian Lines terminal in Sydney (Nova Scotia) was the latest and last of the company’s terminals to open in 1989 complementing those built on the network in previous years. Coach 919 is on the loading ramp ready to work the 1415 ‘all stops’ service from to Halifax trip 54 – a journey of approx. 270 miles taking 7 hours 35 minutes. The coach was an MCI MC8 Crusader, a secondhand acquisition which still carried the livery of a previous owner. (Ref 176-05)
