Spaghetti tricolore al Pesto 


Das Pesto kann man einige Zeit im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und dann hat man bei Bedarf ein schnelles, leckeres Essen.

Genau so mache ich es auch. Ist wirklich super lecker und es kommt auf die Qualität des Olivenöls an. Mit etwas frisch geriebenem Parmesan mag es Dany am liebsten.

Ich habe da so eine Mischung aus Chilli- und Tintenfischnudeln (wahnsinnig lecker auch nur mit Butter und Knoblauch!) - die habe ich mit untergemischt...
