Here is a new riser pole with the primaries on 10' PUPI 'Poopy' fiberglass arms and the riser on a toothpick bracket.

UGLY!!

Makes me sick knowing that fact, I don't want to say I've lost hope for CL&P but I think I have. : / Thankfully Google Maps upgraded a lot of their CT urban street imagery before 2014!

Speaking of which, I just saw a reworked line by DP&L a few weeks ago which used any fiberglass arms for any deadends. Regular double-crossarms and single-crossarm constructions haven't received this spec yet. They at least were using wooden arms with brace-clamps for a while...
