CL&P 13.8kV & 4.8kV - Bristol, CT
Not too often when I find these lines still up! This line here is 13800 delta over 4800 delta. Almost all of the 13800V distribution on CL&P has been changed over to multigrounded Y. Very few of these old 13.8kV delta lines still exist to this day, and most of them are used for subtransmission to feed 4.8kv subs.

So they don't have any delta pots on the grounded wye sections? I have found a few such transformer setups.

Every once in a while I'll find a 13800V can hooked up in delta on a distribution line, like this old Westy here:

But I came across a whole string of delta-connected loads on this line, and little to no distribution is tapped from it (it supplies a 4.8kV substation), so I've got a feeling it's just ungrounded delta.
