Here is a replacement corner pole on a VERY OLD 69 kV line that was erected before the First World War. It is run on single-strand copper wire, and features many different types of early multipart insulators. The pole you see here is probably a 1920s replacement, judging by the presence of Ohio Brass Baum Patent disks.

This is likely one of the oldest power lines that still sees service in the entire nation, now being used as a 7.2/12.47 kV distribution feeder.
