Mike Parker had pics of a similar line over in the old COPCO territory that was also 66kV but had big 2-parters because the area was so dry.

I looked up Arco and it was not part of MSP so this is definitely an early Pacific Power & Light Co. line.

These look to me like some pretty early two-parters as well. Lower skirts on them look to be fluted.

It sure is amazing how well the desert preserves these ancient poles, isn't it?

no. but it does have the ohio brass logo on the top skirt.

Interesting. I do know that there have been a variety of different styles of two-piece 69kV insulators made, but these ones here are pretty early (circa 1918-1925). You may have a slightly different type.
