Here are some busy poles with a 13.8 kV line on Hendrix spacers. The pole in front if graced by a "Rust Till Eternity" transformer, while three poles in back look to have held voltage regulators at one point, likely when this line still ran at 8.32 kV.

Nice Shot! I like how the Power lines looks in the woods. I also like seeing Cable TV, Telephone service , and other Utilities on Power Poles too.

Thanks! Lots of telephone and communications cables up on the poles around here. : ) Sometimes I've seen 9 or 10 of them strung up on the same poles!

Would loved to have seen all the telephone cable when it was all open wire. Early in my life I was able to witness some 3-6 crossarms 10 pin open phone lines along rural roads.
