So the rest of the map is Connecticut L&P?

Rest of the map is "all else". New Haven-Ansonia-Bridgeport-Fairfield is UI, Groton, Wallingford, and Norwich are municipals. Simsbury & Torrington were absorbed by HELCo later. The red lines are all CL&P lines, they "helped" feed UI and parts of eastern CT. They also had the overbuild 115kV lines on the NHRR down to Norwalk and Greenwich. Very confusing history in CT.
