I have never seen such a conglomeration of webs before. You have a ridiculous amount of spiders. I hope that they enjoy eating mosquitoes.

The spiders' webs are always there on gorse bushes... It needs the right weather conditions - in this case an advection fog overnight, or haar, to deposit tiny droplets of moisture on all the webs, for them to become visible to us. By midday, as the sun burnt off the moisture, they became invisible again.

It's that time of the year again! It is usually too breezy here to get good shots of the webs.
