Façade idea for somebody's notion of a "first independence" in the form of a bank, of all things.

Façade idea for somebody's notion of a "first independence" in the form of a bank, of all things.
Plus a small bodybuilder on rollerblades, there at the right.

Is the independence supposed to be personal somehow, or what? Why do I always feel skeptical and suspicious, instead of hopeful.

This pic is from October 12th, 2013, and I noticed that First Independence Bank was fined $250,000 on October 18th for violating anti-money-laundering laws on behalf of Kwame Kilpatrick, the imprisoned former mayor of Detroit.
