The "Captured Moments" lighthouse's photocollage has badly faded unfortunately.

The "Captured Moments" lighthouse's photocollage has badly faded unfortunately.
It has pretended to shine on plenty enough gravel and asphalt since the civic pride dinner at which I assume it was unveiled too many years ago, and is due to be retired in my opinion.

I think that even if a freshly-printed photoillustration were to be installed the lighthouse would still look faded and stale because its plastic is so old.
