I arrived here and saw this on the last day of 2012, and now the memory of the occasion is going to be part of me. This is a manmade endorheic basin.

In North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on December 31st, 2012, behind the "Barefoot Commons" shopping center along the north side of Kings Highway (U.S. Route 17) approximately opposite 41st Avenue South. The "Grand Strand Airport" is at the left.
