This picture is a look back upon our visit to the East Peoria waterfront. Over there is the U.S. Coast Guard.

There is a "Steak 'n Shake" red sign along a roadside way back there in the distance, so yep, we definitely were still in the city.

I can remember commenting that it looked like somebody sure felt like they were gonna be needing a bunch of those red and green plastic objects gathered up over there, for something or other sometime.

Are they buoys.
