The idea here — I think? — was to minimize the area of land covered by impermeable surfaces, from which stormwater runoff would collect unwanted pollutants. Ha ha, no I'm just kidding.

Slightly above the lower right corner of the picture, I accidentally included a sliver of the shadow of my elbow, I apologize for that.
