Abrupt property line in chainlink.

Abrupt property line in chainlink.
Clearly the area all got blacktopped at the same time, on some long-ago cooperative occasion, but now we're reduced to dividing a single parking space into one-sixth and five-sixths portions, and to enforcing that division in chainlink.

The lefthand property owner is doing a better job of poisoning the weeds on his or her side of the parking lot — compare especially the difference at the base of the retaining wall back there, on either side of the fence: Gallant poisons weeds in the parking lot while Goofus watches TV and eats chips.
