Strange window!

Strange window!
These are terrific where it's hard to figure out which side of the window the different weird things are on. What is the meaning of the repeating pattern of black glyphs upon the strip of Coca-Cola logos?, an unusual question, or is that actually happening across the street somehow?

See the guywiring of that young tree. Radio towers and ceiling light fixtures together.
