Cutter victim.  Its wide-open sky is a gritty street.
See it struggle to try to keep on sprouting leaves from whichever places it can, from those remaining spots where I guess it's still got a few leftover functioning glands or whatever. Or are those little brown things some kind of parasitic plant taking over.
