I do not want the dirt work to finish!

I do not want the dirt work to finish!
Because once the dirt and cone are gone there'll only remain the unsightly & uninspiresome gray building back there. Dirt is better!

The traffic cone in the cleft atop the dirtpile is intended to represent a star of bethlehem. The bldg is a parking garage known as the "Michigan Avenue Garage." It was erected in 2008 and was intended to resemble the idea of a bldg that is not a parking garage.
