For children's hospitals to build expansions!

For children's hospitals to build expansions!
Nobody would be able to notice nor know nor understand that a children's hospital is undergoing construction for an expansion of its operations were it not for translucent tarpaulin-style coverings with smiling pics of children's faces printed onto them, stretched along the construction site's chainlink perimeter.

Tons of American passersby are trashy and will always splash milkshakes etc at pictures of faces anytime they get the chance to, unfortunately!, and maybe places ought to budget for getting their seethru construction-site chainlink perimeter tarpaulins cleaned, at different times partway thru the construction? It would give people jobs!

Ha ha, ugh, this particular hospital's gonna be the site of the "Abercrombie & Fitch Emergency Department and Trauma Center." True true true!
