¡Limpiador para las manos, antiséptico al instante!

¡Limpiador para las manos, antiséptico al instante!
I am grateful for the introduction of sanitization sprays and jellies to places everyplace during the last several years in the U.S. because they have helped me, for WHEREAS small but noticeable parts of each year were formerly wasted by me being sick, nowadays I am sick for 0% of the time.

I found this neat dispenser inside of a portojohn/portalet plastic portapot biffie in a park in Plymouth, Minnesota! I can tell it's very old because it says antiseptic instead of antibacterial. I like the pink plastic colour but what are the sticky brownish droplets! Are they soap.

Way up @ the top of the pic: Did you know portosans are recyclable into new uses!
#2 HDPE 4-ever but I hope they don't get turned into drinking cups.
