Welcome to Arlene Shop. This city is a roof-ripper-offer.

Welcome to Arlene Shop. This city is a roof-ripper-offer.
Nowadays it's an open-air crack bazaar!
Naa, shit I'm only teasin, I didn't see any crackdealin.

When's somebody gonna get the money to tear up the rest of those floor ruins from the long-ago different past. This is a parking lot now and maybe the time is here for it to get ready to start to look like one.

Is "Arlene Shop" a weird and different kind of business-naming format from what I'm used to. I was literally startled not to see an apostrophe-s.
