Frustration

Frustration
Trying to meet this week's challenge was total frustration. No phone or internet access for four days and forced perspective was more than I could handle. This is late but here goes ...

PETERS DREAMS, Don Sutherland, Indycaver (Norm), Janano - have particularly liked this photo

you got it! This is perfect!
It seems almost everyone needs medication this week...
now where is that fella that used to dish it out to us?

Thank you Wendi, this was a hit and miss adventure with shots. Hopefully, we won't have to do this again. :)

Splendid shot and glad you are back in touch. Now the cork is out, it would be a shame not to try it. :::)

Actually the bottle was not open for the shot but the cork was from the one we had earlier. As for putting the cork back in the bottle ... we don't often have to try to put it back in. lol

It's good to have phone and internet again ... it was total frustration and this week's challenge didn't help my mood any. lol

getting the cork back in is always difficult... now I can see why :-)

in fairness, there's normally no need when I've got the bottle!

lol Jon once we open a bottle it doesn't last long.

Looks like you got it to me! :-) It did take me a minute to recognize the cork, but then I don't see very many boxes with corks in them! :-) I had to pass on the challenge this week due to time constraints with what I wanted to attempt.

Thanks Norm. How is that wine in a box? Charlie wasn't able to post for the same reason ... so hectic around here.

Indycaver (Norm) has replied to Clickity Click
I was guessing that was the case with Charlie! Looks like you'll have to start hanging out at McDonald's until things are fixed! :-) Back when I was still enjoying a glass a of wine now and then ... I found the box wines convenient, but typically my local favorites only came in bottles.

We're back on line and it looks to be holding .... :) The one thing we have a hard time getting used to is the plastic corks Norm. Keeping this house in "show" condition and getting things in line for a move into town, has us going every which way at the moment.

Oh ... I can understand that ... I did that for a little over two years getting my Aunt's house sold and I still haven't got things caught up at my house! I was going to put it on the market as soon as we sold the other, but I'm bushed and I'm going to take a break from it for a while. I don't worry about boxes or corks anymore! :-)

:) I'd like one of them big bottles of red that cork came out of, nicely done

Stoker we got hooked on big Spanish reds while visiting family in Spain and then the Italian reds while in Florence. We both like hearty reds here in the states but they don't compare to the ones we had over the pond. :) Thanks for the nice comment.

Took me a while to recognise the cork :-) Well done, Chris. Shame about your Internet, etc. Good result in the end, though.

Thanks so much Gillian ... that cork was a bugger to get a shot of! We seem to have service at the moment. Hope it lasts. :)

Very well done with this in the middle of moving. I like Italian wines too and the ones we like only come in bottles.

Thanks so much Harriett ... Italian wines are so good ... we only have bottles as well.

Against all the odds you did it ... well done. I know when the internet goes down or I misplace my phone I go into a state of trance and panic and feel sick. Ridiculous really as it's not that long ago we didn't have any of these things.
Well done to you.

I know what you mean, it just makes me really cranky when the services go down! Thanks for the nice comment Adrian. :)

Explore is kind of a funny thing ... you might get 40 comments in an hour and only be there for a few hours, or you might get one comment and be there for days! :-)

It sure is funny ... Just taking a break to try and do some comments so I'm not totally out of the loop with the group!
