Faded Pink

Faded Pink
This pot of flowers sat in the garden of a friend of mine. I gave her a copy of the picture and I kept one for myself. I'm glad I did, now this friend is dealing with dementia.

With the exception of the crop, this selective color shot was done in camera. sooc

The challenge:

Get Personal ! Something that you own, anything, an item of clothing (embarrassing or otherwise), a trinket, photo, something you treasure, something you wish you'd never bought etc.

Use a technical option we have already done.

"ALL are in camera, no cheating on p/p (post-processing)"

How do you do selective colour in camera??

only a few cameras do this... it's not an option for all of them, I have a Nikon and a Canon, sadly neither of them do this...

Paul it is a effect available in my Nikon D 5100 ... I had to get the manual out to figure out how to do this. Not sure what camera (s) you use but check your manuals to see if they will do this. Thanks so much for the nice comment. :)

I may just print this off and see how it goes. The problem is where to hang it? Thanks so much Wendi!! x

Well once we figured out how to do it ... it wasn't difficult but I'm sure if I do another one, I'll have to re read the "how to". :) Thank you Val.
