Hi Cheryl, this photo submitted about five hours ago is not (yet ) on "Explore/What's hot!". Please read this discussion, www.ipernity.com/group/frontpage/discuss/190696, and submit only pictures that meet all three rules of the group "Ipernity Frontpage & What's Hot!". When I asked to add, the photo WAS in explore. I would not have added the tags if it had not been. Maybe by the time you got to it, it had dropped ...

Cheryl, since you seem to be one of those users who upload and publish multiple photos at once or in quick succession, so that there can be an over-average rapid change of images on "Explore/what's hot!", you should take screenshots of your photos on "Explore/What's hot!" as a precaution, and submit them along with the link to the original photo if it's important to you that each of your rule-compliant photos published on "Explore/What's hot!" can be added to the group "Ipernity Frontpage & What's Hot!".
This comparatively small personal effort helps to avoid inconveniences for all participants. Therefore I ask you to think about this proposal. Thank you and have a nice Sunday.

Why would you say that?! You must have me confused with someone else! I am lucky to post one a day. Never more. Sometimes I go a lot longer without posting. I am not going to go to the trouble of screen shotting - it just isn't worth it. When I see my image in explore, I add tags like explored, marked HOT! and the position. I am not going to do any more.

No, I'm not confusing you with anyone else, Cheryl, but have looked at the dates of your publications before.

Of course it's your right to publish as much as you want, but "Explore/What's hot" gives us a period of up to 14 days to keep the photos there. Pictures that are published in much shorter intervals can then change faster than others.

In order to prove that such photos were actually on "Explore/What's hot!", tagging them is unfortunately not enough, nor is marking them as HOT within your gallery in albums etc..
Only a screenshot can really help. If you don't want to make screenshots as evidence, I can't do anything else for you, as even the appointment of one or more moderators couldn't change that. Thank you for your understanding.

Also, I didn't initiate the 2nd request - it was there and done by someone else when I checked in today. The last few photos have been at least a couple of days apart.

The invitation didn't come from someone else, but from me, since the photo is now to be seen on Explore.

Oh ok. I pretty much load one a day when I can. A lot of my other contacts do the same.

I appreciate the invites when you see them in explore!
