I'm really upset, but who cares?

I'm really upset, but who cares?
I took several shots of this scene outside a go-kart ride, focusing on the family group of the man and his two children, especially the little girl. I was struck by her distressed expression; was she reliving some tragic experience? Her thin face reminds me of refugees from Rwanda or the Darfur region of Sudan.
She eventually became aware of my presence and her expression changed. As I was walking away, she even made a happy little twirl, perhaps pleased that someone had paid her some kind of attention. But her face here is beyond heartbreaking...
