Very quaint! I'd be tempted to buy an icecream there, but you need to time your visit,their opening times are rather restricted;-) HFF, Carol!

Fortunately we were there in time for an ice-cream Gudrun. It was so hot we needed one! Great working conditions, - short hours and a great view when you are working! HFF and have a great weekend.

A lovely quirky place for ice cream. I stayed a few miles along from Calgary beach about three or four years ago and I don't think it was there then. Looks so settled as if it's been there forever.

Thank you very much Jean. Really appreciated. Yes it does look like it has been there for ever but it definitely wasn't there when we were last at Calgary beach. Maybe we were there out of the limited opening hours and they towed the whole kit and caboodle away!! Lol! The last time we visited the whole beach was white and there wasn't a huge area of the dunes fenced off.
