Fathers Creativity

Fathers Creativity
"The Sunday Challenge": 'Fathers Day'

My dad was born on the rocky island Bornholm. As a young boy he loved jumping around at the rocky coast line. One day he came across an overturned tree and noticed that the roots had grown together in a section. He got an idea, raced back to his bike, cycled back to his parents house to get a saw and went back out to the tree to cut out this statue.

It has always been on a prominent location and still is.

This kind of creativity and enthusiasm is something I love.

I love the fact that your grandparents were so accepting of this piece of what many would call "trash".

Thomas Ring Carlsen has replied to Der Wandersmann
Must be a poor shot of it because it is very nice and I never heard anyone calling it trash dW :)

It's an excellent shot; I was referring to the fact that not many people would appreciate the creativity.
