das habe ich mit mit Photoshop Elements 6.0 gemacht,
geht bestimmt auch mit Paint Shop Pro.

Ein Portrait wird mit Filtern (Farbpapier-Collage, Tontrennung, Kantenbetonung) verfremdet und anschließend die Farben vertauscht. Der krasse Kontrast kommt durch die Verwendung der Komplementärfarben, z.B. Blau (0,0,255) & Rot (255,0,0) - probier's mal aus :-)
