A field-maple near the vineyards of the Iphöfer Kalb. We haven´t seen such an intensive autumn colouring of trees for many years.

the trees did indeed hold their colour and leaves for quite some time
this year ... many had this mellow golden / brown colour here too ... unusual
this year indeed ... I like the angle of this showing the slant upwards,
looks very different and interesting, and I'm back now ;-) thanks ... after
some hiccups !
