Das ist immer eine Frage des Geschmacks. Auf keinen Fall sollte der Rahmen das Bild erschlagen.

Das ist auch meine Meinung, etwas dezenter würde mir besser gefallen. Aber ob nun mit oder ohne Rahmen wäre mir relativ egal. Hängt aber vielleicht auch vom Motiv ab.

Würde sagen, eine Elsässer Gans. - Der Rahmen gefällt mir, auch wenn ich ihn noch besser fände, wenn er links und rechts gleich breit wie oben und unten wäre.

Er ist gleich breit: Prozentual gesehen!

Mir gefällt er nicht mehr, deshalb nutze ich ihn nicht mehr. Nimmt zu viel vom Bild ein.

Nagut, dann ist er eben nach mathematischen Grundsätzen gleich breit, aber für's Auge ist er links und rechts breiter - mir gefällt er trotzdem, auch wenn ich links und rechts ein paar Prozente abziehen möchte.
