Valencia wurde ursprünglich nicht am Meer erbaut. Die Altstadt liegt etwa 4 km vom Meer entfernt. Heute ist der Strand dank der Metro in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Die kilometerlangen Stadt-Strände sind Las Arenas, Malvarrosa und El Cabañal, sie sind hier bis ca. 200 Meter breit!

Ein so grosser, schöner Sandstrand ohne Touristen ... da muss man einfach auf den Auslöser drücken (und noch kurz Photoshop bemühen ;-)
