our pig weekend: Friday

While awaiting the arrival of Agan, our fantastic mobile butcher, we prepared a bath tub of hot water (at the back, with sheets of iron around it to keep the wind off), a makeshift table for scraping the pigs (on the left beside Clem & PJ), and then Agan set up his own deep tin bath. Our bath tub is too small for the pigs to fit into, so we just use it as a giant saucepan.
