It's way too hot lately, I am not built for heat like this. Obviously, nor was this plant.

The curious neighbourhood kitten came along as I was taking some macros this evening.

This is how I like flower macros; soft and sharp at the same time.

Have to keep on working on this kind of photo to achieve what I am looking for: softness around the base of the petals and sharply focused nectaries.
