Belgium (F/D/L) - 2018

A trip through Belgium mainly, but also with short sidesteps to Germany, France and Luxembourg. We visited some abandoned industrial places, some historical sites, mines and so on. The journey will be described in reversed order, beginning in Calais and ending in Germany.

There is a collective of artists in this abandoned old factory hall in Charleroi. One of the artists is Nicolas Buissart or "Nico". You can hardly find a better expert of Charleroi's history, especially of it's industry. His website, where you can contact him: www.nicolasbuissart.com . He also organizes adventure tours through Charleroi. see PiP!
