The PiP shows the situation in 2011. They integrated the old facade in the new hotel Iberostar Gran Packard (2020), well done! Unfortunately graffities are gone ;-)

Um die Graffities tut es mir auch leid, zumal das eher Street Art als Graffities im Sinne von Gekritzel war. Doch diese Art von Kunst wird andernorts neu entstehen. ;-)

What a superb job they've done! Much better than simply demolishing the old facade and starting again. It looks great and keeps the history..!!

The "before" image in the PiP is simply amazing Berny...........and one of your best urban decay shots in my opinion. I love the peeling paint and the skeletal and rusting scaffolding and the artwork is fantastic. Just brilliant..!!
