The Aberdeen

The Aberdeen is an old fishing boat that once upon a time was going to be restored at a pleasure cruiser aboard. The owners ran out of funds and it has been left to rot in the mudflats of the River Medway ever since.
There is another story, that the fishing vessel was bought up by the breaker’s yard at Bloors Wharf and stripped of metal for the resale value. The hull itself was left to rot, and dutifully has done exactly that for the last 35 years or so. Wild parties used to be held here when the hull was in better condition, and on occasion police had to be called. A local history website suggests that the hull was sold to a local resident who was told to move it on. This was rather an expensive request; his response was to cut holes into it so that it could not be moved.
Whatever, it's a nice scenery, isn't it? See PiP for color!

Lyrics (the closest i could get) ;)
"It happend long time ago, when days were hard.
You're left alone..abandoned ship.."
You are torn apart, like a pumpkin, my leut
Even the fishing net is destroyed, my leut
You're left alone, abandoned ship
Tears are gone, from your body, my leut
And the memories are coming, my leut
You're left alone, sad and quiet
The ships are the same as people
They give their life to the sea
The ships are the same as people
They give two tears for one tear
You are torn apart, like a pumpkin, my leut
Even the fishing net is destroyed, my leut
You're left alone, abandoned ship."

Belles images de cette épave avec de belles couleurs pour l'image [PIP] alors que le N&B dramatise avec bonheur la scène... Je serais bien embarrassé si je devais choisir entre les deux
Immer wieder beeindruckend !

Interesting Views
The colour version in the PiP however, is just amazing, especially the clouds and colours in the sky and the boat..!!
Outstanding work Berny!
