They've done a similar thing in here in the UK in Bristol using cranes on the docksde. They're not as high as this one though, nor as impressive.

This is a really interesting and well composed image Berny. The rails for the crane make great leading lines and there is some interesting looking street art too. I also like the matching bits of red in the crane, steps and building.
