At the end of the season, stone flour is spread on the slopes near the valley so that the snow melts away more quickly and the grass can grow.

Die Bauern machen Druck! Denn die Rinder brauchen bald frisches Heu. (In Tirol gibt es wegen der ungeeigneten Infrastruktur nämlich keine industrielle Fleischproduktion wie im Flachland, sondern nur eine nachhaltige Aufzucht von rund 100.000 Rindern jährlich. Geht also. Ganz ohne Großställe oder Schweinehochhäuser . . .!)
