that's quite easy: camera, tripod and greyfilter, nothing more ;)
(moving water should be easy to find)

Das interessante daran ist, dass die unterbelichteten Bilder das Wasser granular zeigen, und die normal und überbelichteten (dank Graufilter) das Wasser schmieren lassen, das dann zusammengefügt gibt imho eine Mischung die ich noch mal idyllischer wiederholen möchte ...
